What happens if I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Charges are prorated.
Do you support e-Invoicing?
Yes — e-invoicing is live across multiple regions. UBL 2.1 and CII XML are generated automatically, with EU Peppol delivery, Turkish e-Fatura / e-Arşiv (via Nilvera), and LATAM / MENA tax-authority exports supported out of the box. Connect your credentials to start sending in your jurisdiction.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export everything as CSV or JSON with one click. Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after you close your account.
What about data residency?
Our production workloads run in EU-based infrastructure. Daily encrypted backups and region-pinned storage are included on every plan.
