This policy explains what personal data QuickBill collects, how we use it, where it is stored, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), billing records you create, payment metadata (never full card numbers — handled by Stripe and iyzico), and basic telemetry used to keep the product reliable.
How we use your data
To deliver the service, process payments, send transactional email, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party models.
Where your data is stored
Production data is hosted on EU infrastructure with encrypted daily backups. Regional lockdown options are available on Business plans.
Sub-processors
Stripe and iyzico (payments), Cloudflare (delivery), and a transactional email provider. A full list with DPAs is available on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion. One-click export from the dashboard; account closure triggers permanent deletion within 30 days.
