Legal basis
We process personal data under contract (to deliver the service), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and consent (optional marketing email).
Data subject rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 and KVKK Article 11 you may request access, correction, erasure, portability, and restriction of processing. Requests are answered within 30 days.
International transfers
Where data leaves its region of origin, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. A current list of transfer destinations is available on request.
Breach notification
We notify affected customers and supervisory authorities within 72 hours of confirming a personal-data breach that is likely to result in risk to rights and freedoms.
