QuickBill

Terms of Service

By using QuickBill you agree to these terms. They cover subscriptions, acceptable use, service levels, and the limits of our liability.

DraftThis document is being finalised. The text below reflects our current practice; the formal, reviewed version will replace it shortly. Contact us if you need a signed copy for procurement or compliance.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; paid access continues until the period ends. Refunds are prorated for downgrades.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuickBill to invoice illegal goods or services, to evade taxes, or to send unsolicited commercial email at scale. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and, where possible, scheduled outside business hours in major regions.

Your content

You own the invoices, clients, and records you create. We only access your data to operate the service, respond to support requests, and meet legal requests.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
